Account and Campaign Setup.
You will have your own account setup to manage as you desire. 

The campaign will cover the search network only.  Display and shopping networks can be added for an additional charge.

The search campaign will setup:

• Keyword research
• Text Ad copy creation
• Split testing
• Match Type setup
• Negatives
• Remarketing
• Extensions
• Bidding

When the campaign is built it is then your responsibility to manage and optimise the account.
